This Privacy Policy explains how Spring Training MD ("Spring Training MD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit amigo.springtrainingmd.com or interact with us through the forms, tools, and demos on this site. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are
Amigo is the partner program of Spring Training MD. We build and support white-labeled medical infrastructure — clinical services, pharmacy fulfillment, laboratory diagnostics, CRM, and growth systems — for independent practices and wellness businesses. Questions about this policy can be sent to amigo@springtrainingmd.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Form submissions. When you request a price book, enter a program demo, or submit a partnership or program application, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business or practice name, website, and information about your goals and current business.
- Communications. If you contact us by email, phone, or a booking link, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect certain technical information when you visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring source. We use standard analytics and advertising tools, including Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and deliver requested materials, such as the price book or demo access.
- Evaluate and follow up on partnership and program applications.
- Provide onboarding, support, and account communications to partners.
- Send updates about Amigo programs and services. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Measure site performance and improve our content and offerings.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the ones described above without notice.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
Our forms offer two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes: (1) account and service text messages about your application, orders and support, and (2) marketing text messages such as offers, program updates and webinar invites. You may choose either, both or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is only used to deliver the messages you requested.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the site and our business — hosting, email delivery, CRM and messaging platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of your information.
- Clinical and fulfillment partners. Where relevant to evaluating or supporting your program, with licensed providers, pharmacies, and laboratories involved in the services you are inquiring about.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spring Training MD, our partners, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
6. Health-Related Content
Content on this site is educational and business-focused. It is not medical advice, and using this site does not create a provider-patient relationship. If you become a patient through a Spring Training MD–supported practice, your clinical information is handled by the treating practice and its licensed providers under the health privacy laws that apply to them.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure traffic and campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site work.
8. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to amigo@springtrainingmd.com.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, by emailing amigo@springtrainingmd.com.
10. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business owners, practitioners, and adults generally. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
